Salary: £60k - £70k + 100% commission

Position Overview:

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's footprint in the UK market. This role focuses on managing client relationships, building new business opportunities, and supporting the sales team’s overall success. You will work with brands and agencies to deliver data-driven advertising solutions and maximise their campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and media publishers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring revenue growth in the UK market.
  • Support the sales strategy to drive new client acquisition and upsell existing accounts.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at agencies, brands, and media companies.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their data, audience and inventory needs, providing tailored solutions through the company’s platform.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and drive repeat business through ongoing account management.

Product Knowledge & Market Awareness:

  • Maintain a solid understanding of the company’s product offerings and solutions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes in the AdTech landscape.
  • Provide feedback from the market to internal teams, supporting the ongoing development of product offerings.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Assist senior leadership in reporting sales performance, market insights, and client feedback.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within AdTech, digital media, or advertising.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising, audience segmentation, and data-driven advertising solutions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across brands, agencies, and publishers.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for growing business.
