You will work effectively with colleagues within the English department and across the wider school community. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in English. A minimum of two years' successful teaching experience in a secondary school setting. Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for the English language and literature. Strong planning, teaching and assessment skills. The ability to differentiate lessons to cater for the needs of all learners. Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills. A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. IT literate with a strong working knowledge of relevant educational software and technologies.
