Content and Connfiguration Owner - Product Team 1 year Post Graduate Experience in any field! A fantastic opportunity exists within the Product Team at HBSUK for a Content and Configuration Owner. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to review and update content on the Virtual Lucy platform, such as letters, questionnaires, emails, etc. You would own the end-to-end process for content updates and configuration on the platform. No technical skills are required but would benefit from having healthcare knowledge and the role would suit someone super organised and process-orientated. About Us HBSUK have developed a market leading Health technology – Virtual Lucy is our expert triage application designed to support patients through their assessment and treatment. Virtual Lucy combines our extensive clinical network with modern technology to ensure that patients get the best out of their journey to recovery. We design streamline patient- centric pathways that are evidence-based and effective. The patients journey starts with self-referral via our digital triage expert followed by an online appointment booking with the correct specialist from our extensive network of clinicians. Responsibilities Content & Configuration Strategy: Execute a content and configuration strategy tailored specifically for product and service delivery to ensure high standards of quality of control of content. Content Creation and Curation: Oversee the creation, review, and curation of product and service delivery-related content, including platform content, questionnaires, FAQs, product tours and educational materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and usability. Content Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of product-related content, gathering insights on user engagement, satisfaction, and usage patterns to optimize content strategies and product configurations. Content Lifecycle Management: Manage the lifecycle of product-related content, from initial creation through updates and revisions to eventual retirement or replacement, ensuring relevance and accuracy throughout. Content Compliance: Ensure that all product-related content complies with regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly regarding patient privacy, data security, and healthcare regulations. Configuration Management: Manage the configuration of health technology systems for all medical-related content, and coordinated with operations for service configuration requirements. Configuration Customization: Oversee the customization of software configurations to meet the specific needs of healthcare providers and end-users, optimizing product functionality and usability for service delivery. Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing and validation processes to ensure the quality and integrity of product configurations, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies that may impact service delivery. Issue Resolution and Support: Investigate and resolve configuration-related issues promptly, providing technical support and guidance to end-users to ensure smooth product and service delivery. Training and Education: Develop and deliver training materials and educational resources to support end-users and stakeholders in effectively utilizing product features and configurations for service delivery. Requirements Essential Education Educated to Degree level or equivalent experience.
