You must have experiance as an escalation point/SME level experience operating at 3rd/4th line support. As a Technical Escalation Analyst - Azure/M365, you'll be an escalation point for customers relating to their investment into Azure/M365 technology. You'll possess broad knowledge across the full Azure & M365 stack to provide high level support across a range of complex technical issues. You'll be working as part of an established support function that continues to grow year on year! Technical Escalation Analyst - Azure/M365 - skill set: Detailed knowledge of Azure - Infrastructure, Network, Compute, Containers, Security Experience of the Microsoft 365 services - Security & Productivity Specific knowledge around Defender products - Endpoint, Office 365, Identity, Cloud Apps, XDR Previous/current experience working for an MSP Escalation point/SME level experience operating at 3rd/4th line support This Technical Escalation Analyst - Azure/M365 role is fully remote, open to applicants based in the UK.
