They are now intent on expanding the team rapidly due to multiple key contract wins.The RoleThe Senior Solutions Design Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing both new and existing Warehousing Automation Solutions across an impressive client network. Your expertise in Automation, Network Design and AutoCAD will be critical for success.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the organisations Warehouse biased UK Solutions Design offering.Design and implement bespoke, functional warehouse solutions tailored to client needs, whilst reducing cost and improving customer service.Conduct thorough assessments of existing warehouse operations and identify areas for improvement.Utilise AutoCAD to create optimum, detailed orientated warehouse layouts and designs.Integrate warehouse automation technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in warehouse solutions and automation.The Candidate5+ years proven experience in Warehouse Solutions Design and Implementation – Essential.3+ year’s experience working within Automations Solutions Design – Essential.Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software along with Microsoft Excel – Essential.A basic to strong understanding of warehouse automation technologies and their applications (e.g. AMR’s, AGV’s, Robotics, AI, Conveyor Systems) – Essential.Highly numerate with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail – Essential.A proven ability to manage multiple projects / tenders and meet deadlines – Essential.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise and present with / to clients, internal teams and key stakeholders – Essential.A full UK driving license – Essential.Commutable across the UK, whilst working to a hybrid pattern.The PackageSalary - £80,000 to £110,000.Company Car / Car Allowance.Company Bonus scheme.Matched Company Pension.25 + 8 Holiday Allowance.Healthcare Package.Opportunities for professional growth and broader team development.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Be part of a forward-thinking company committed to innovation and excellence.Apply!If you are passionate about designing cutting-edge warehouse solutions and want to join a dynamic UK team, with an exciting vision, we would love to hear from you!Please submit your CV by applying to this advert.
