Sales Manager

Caralex Recruitment Limited have been asked to recruit a Sales Manager for a new build residential developer with projects in and around Berkshire.

The role will entail:

- managing and appointing on-site Sales Consultants.

- reporting accurate sales figures and forecasts to the Director.

- advising all departments (ie land buying, commercial) on pricing, specification, competition etc.

- visiting sites to ensure presentation is high and the customer experience is positive.

- competitor analysis.

You will ideally have worked as a Sales Manager for a new homes developer and now ready for a new challenge.
