A Great opportunity to join an innovative and environmentally ethical company in the role of
Project Engineer . As a Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
This role offers hybrid working with 2-3 days a week in the Honiton office, as well as flexibility in working hours to support a healthy work-life balance, if the weekly 40 hours are completed the working pattern can be at your discretion.
Project Engineer Responsibilities include:
Oversee M&E projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
Lead and manage teams of internal staff and subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, providing technical oversight on M&E installations
Track project progress, prepare reports, and ensure quality and compliance with standards
Project Engineer Requirements include:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience (7 years)
Proven experience in managing M&E installations and commissioning projects
Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems, with leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in project management software, with excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
