Process Engineer

Brightsmith is working with an exciting start up company looking to change the ways of green hydrogen electrolysis by reducing the amount of energy required to create hydrogen.They are looking for a driven and ambitious process engineer to help drive and develop a pilot project and create a greener future.Role and responsibilities:Work closely with the founding team to drive and scale the technical development. Build a pilot project from the ground up.Individual will be required to use a high level strategic thinking, process engineering, practical hands-on expertise and experience in co-ordinating external contractors. Requirements:Masters degree or equivalent in Chemical or Process Engineering.2+ years of industry experience.Experience generating PFDs/P&IDs.Proven track record working with batch reactors.Experience with safety assessments such as HAZOP/HAZID/DSEAR.Right to work in the UK.Desired requirements:Experience with tank reactors, plot scale projects, hydrogen ,electrolysis and/or gas/pressure vessels.If you are interested in this opportunity please apply to this job ad or email me at [email protected]
