CDM / Principal Designer Lead

EC Group are a specialist construction recruitment consultancy who are advertising for a CDM / Principal Designer Lead position for and on behalf of one of our clients who specialise in construction consulting.

The CDM / Principal Designer Lead position is for an established Liverpool, Manchester and Preston based consultancy practice who work in all sectors of the built environment

The role is for a CDM / Principal Designer Lead carrying out the following responsibilities:

• Business development
• Offering health & safety / design risk advice
• Stay up to date with industry trends within the construction industry
• Experience in education, commercial, industrial and resiential sectors.

Requirements for the CDM / Principal Designer Lead role are:

• Minimum of 5 years experience.
• Acredited in health & safety
• Relevant degree
• Experience in design risk management
• Experience in the built environment
