About the Role: As a Nursery Teacher at Keren's Nursery, you'll provide engaging and developmentally appropriate care and learning experiences for children, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You'll act as a key person, maintaining strong relationships with children, parents, and staff, and supporting each child's development.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK to apply for this role - we do NOT provide visa sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key person for assigned children, providing daily updates to parents.
- Develop and implement activity programmes aligned with EYFS.
- Foster strong relationships with parents and carers.
- Support children's language, communication, and thinking skills.
- Maintain the nursery environment and resources.
- Ensure children's safety and well-being, adhering to safeguarding policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Essential: Level 3 qualification in Early Years (e.g., NVQ Level 3) or above.
- Enhanced DBS check.
- Experience working with young children.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
