Provide Individual Support: You'll give personalized help to students or small groups, addressing their unique learning needs. Build Positive Relationships: Your role includes forming supportive connections with students to boost their well-being and encourage them to participate actively. Support Classroom Behaviour: You'll assist in using effective strategies to manage behaviour and maintain a positive classroom environment. Work Together for Improvement: You'll collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience for everyone.
