Job Title: Room Leader- £30,000 Location: N20, London Job Type: Full-time Qualification Required: Level 3 We are looking for a passionate and experienced Room Leader to join our dynamic nursery team in N20. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the daily operations of a nursery room. * Plan and deliver fun, educational activities tailored to children’s needs. * Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. * Build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents. * Observe, track, and report on each child's development. Requirements: * Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare. * Proven experience in a nursery setting. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Passion for early childhood development and education.
