Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off, 6am-6pm

Salary: 38,400 p/a

Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Igloo is seeking a Fresh Paint Polisher to join our client's team at busy automotive facility in Chipping Warden, Oxfordshire. This role involves ensuring high-quality finishes on freshly painted vehicle panels and offers a temp-to-perm contract with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

• Final polish of freshly painted vehicle panels.
• Fix paint defects, such as runs.
• Flat and polish vehicle panels using handheld tools.
• Conduct touch-up work when needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in an automotive bodyshop as a polisher.
• Knowledge of removing paint defects and runs.
• Efficient work habits with attention to quality.
• Full, category B driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences.

This role is commutable from: Banbury, Bicester, Bletchley, Brackley, Buckingham, Daventry, Leamington Spa, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Rugby, Stratford-upon-Avon.

This role is suitable for: Polishers, Vehicle Polishers, Car Polishers, Automotive Polishers, Prepper/Polishers, Paint Sprayer/Polishers.
