JGA are partnered with a well-known, not-for-profit organisation seeking an HR Project Advisor to assist them in managing a workforce planning review project.
Successful applicants will possess previous HR project experience, knowledge of DBS processes and a strong understanding of RTW proceses.
Responsibilities: Assessing current workforce across the business. Identifying and resolving areas of non-compliance and implementing processes. Managing relationships with key stakeholders. Working closely with the HR PM.
