Teaching Assistant

About the Role: A nurturing primary school in Hackney is seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to support young learners in their early years of education. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for working with children and creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. You will play a vital role in helping children develop essential social, emotional, and academic skills as they embark on their educational journey. Responsibilities: Provide support to EYFS children in both individual and group settings, promoting engagement and participation in activities. Collaborate with teachers to assist in lesson planning and the delivery of engaging learning experiences. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children's development and confidence. Assist with the planning and organisation of activities that support children's learning, play, and social interactions. Monitor and record children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as needed.Requirements: Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or a related field is essential. Experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred.
