Job Description A Fixed Term Contract (FTC) opportunity to join Rotork in Bath during an exciting period of change and growth. Officially this role is a Contracts Engineer and we are also able to offer Hybrid working after passing probabtion. This is a key role in providing exemplary levels of customer service to our customers, managing order developments from receipt through to delivery in a proactive timely manner, ensuring customers are kept updated on order developments at all times. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead, you will be part of a larger team who work with quality, purchasing and manufacturing departments ensuring customers orders are met in full. In this role you will be responsible for inputting customer orders and ensuring changes are made using the MRP system, work with the Quality department to resolve and investigate customer quality complaints, ensuring customer expectations are managed through to resolution and met customer expectations with on time deliverys. This role would suit a person who has the ability to approach challenges with a proactive mindset and find solutions to problems. Experience Requirements: Must have experience in a similar role Commercial awareness or a background in Customer Service Ability to read Engineering drawing (advantageous) Experience in Manufacturing / Production environment (advantageous) The successful candidate: Good attention to detail and has the ability to work under pressure Has good communication skills and is customer focused Ability to build strong relationships with customers and other internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met to the full #LI-Hybrid Additional Information Our purpose is Keeping the World Flowing for Future Generations.
