Highly organised Office Administrator required to join a market-leading professional services recruitment firm.

Our office in Leeds has a fantastic opportunity for an Office Administrator within our team, working on a full-time basis to provide both internal and external administrative services. Recent university graduates or candidates with a background in administration would be an excellent fit for this role.


Reporting to our Office Manager, you will take on a variety of responsibilities whilst working alongside a strong team who will provide superb on-the-job training. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a role working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving sector.


Key responsibilities of the Office Administrator


The key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting recruitment team with contractors and clients via telephone and email
  • Tailoring candidate CVs and requesting references.
  • Writing and refreshing adverts
  • Provide support to the team in periods of attrition during holidays and sickness periods.
  • Increasing awareness of both the Sellick Partnership brand and your own personal brand via social media, networking, and sponsorship events.
  • Competitor and market research across all areas of recruitment
  • Supporting compliance team members with small ad-hoc tasks relating to new contractors
  • Booking travel, accommodation, and couriers,
  • General office duties such as ordering food for the office


Due to the nature of this role, the successful Office Administrator will have high-level written skills and an excellent phone manner. The role requires a switched-on individual who is self-motivated and highly organised. Attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, fantastic customer service and communication skills are very important to be a success in this role.
