Freight Forwarder

Freight Forwarder Belfast £30,000 - £35,000 Working hours are Monday Friday 9am 5pm. We have two new roles available to join a Belfast based business. They specialise in freight transport across road, air and sea on both an import and export basis. With hubs across UK, Ireland, Asia and North America they have grown considerably from 2007. This position is based in their Belfast site where there is free on-site parking. In this site there are 18 staff members with 8 specifically in sea freight so you have plenty of support around you. This position is heavily focused on providing the best possible service to their international customer base. Youll be dealing with customer from the initial point of booking through to delivery and dealing with any queries/questions along the way. What do you need? 1 years experience in a similar role ideally within sea freight. Experience in building relationships with customers.
