Site Agent

My client are leading Tier 1 main contractor. They are looking to onboard a site agent to help deliver a ongoing infrastructure and civils scheme being delivered in the North-east. My client operate nationwide and deliver projects across sectors such as infrastructure, rail, water and civils. Site agent responsibilities: * Manage and oversee the pre-construction process for all scope of works.. This includes planning, estimating, design deliverables, quality documentation and programme. * Liaise and maintain a close work relationship with the client to identify new opportunities and develop all work areas from pre-construction stage to delivery stage. * Liaise with quality department to ensure processes are in place for the preparation, review and briefing of all quality documents and procedures associated with new work areas. * Liaise with quality department to ensure processes are in place for the preparation, review and briefing of all quality documents and procedures associated with new work areas. * Coordinate the design requirements for each work area with all parties involved including, Design Manager, Principal designer, Temporary Works Department and third party supplier/Manufacturers. * Ensuring realistic programmes are prepared, managed, monitored and reviewed prior to handover to delivery team. * Managing, supervising and mentoring the project team as appropriate. Site agent requirements: * Right to work in the UK. * CSCS card - Gold or Black. * SMSTS. * First aid. * TWS/ TWC - Desirable. * PTS - Desirable. * Previous experience working in a site agent role. * Previous experience working on civil and infrastructure schemes. * Full UK driving licence.
