German speaking Senior HR Manager

A renowned organisation dedicated to promoting global environmental sustainability is seeking a skilled Senior HR Manager fluent in German. In this role, you will collaborate with two other HR Managers. You will be overseeing yourself approximately 50 employees spread across nine Northern European countries. This is a permanent position, with a hybrid work model: 50% from the central London office and 50% from home. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.Your responsibilities will include:Overseeing HR operations for the Northern European regionManaging international payroll for 9 countries, reviewing and approving reports from the payroll outsourcing teamHandling general HR matters for overseas staffCollaborating with fellow HR Managers to streamline and improve HR processesAbout you:To be a successful applicant, you will want to make a difference.
