ISQ Recruitment are working with a reputable food manufacturing business in Norwich to find a driven and skilled Quality Manager. You’ll oversee quality control, manage key processes, and support improvement initiatives across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quality assurance efforts throughout the production process, with a strong focus on maintaining long shelf-life products.
• Operate within a B2B environment with no retail-facing obligations, allowing you to focus on continuous quality improvements.
• Oversee operational processes, addressing process-related issues and maintaining product safety.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Technical.
• Take ownership of quality control and assurance across all stages of production.
• Lead, mentor, and support the team on the factory floor, encouraging a culture of quality and excellence.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in a quality management role within food manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of HACCP principles and quality control processes.
• Hands-on leadership skills with a focus on driving quality improvements and resolving issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to maintaining high standards.
• Ideal for individuals with experience stepping into leadership roles or those looking for the next stage in their career.
• Previous Food Manufacturing Experience required!
