Site Quantity Surveyor

Our client a leading teir 1 main contractor is seeking a Site Quantity Surveyor to join their team in NW London. The current project is a High rise residential refurbishment both internal and external. So previous experience working within similar projects Is a must. Benefits: £6,000 (Car allowance), Healthcare, 26 Days Annual Lave, 1 Day work from home (after probation) Key responsibilities: * Prepare and submit monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) and progress updates. * Ensure full compliance with subcontract management processes, particularly regarding procurement, measurement and valuation, contractual instructions and notices, orders, and health and safety obligations. * Show a clear understanding of both internal and external tender strategies, while working towards achieving the profit plan. * Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to finalize main and subcontract accounts. * Negotiate external valuations and manage cash flow to maximize project profitability. * Foster and drive the project team’s performance, ensuring that key contractual obligations and strategies are implemented and regularly assessed. Our client is looking for applicants who already have experience within this industry, in particular the ability to maximize value recovery, cost control and cash management.
