Senior Quantity Surveyor

My client, a leading house builder, are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their Essex office.

They will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of each development. This includes managing the costs for each site and ensuring that targets are met by managing and controlling the budgets and valuations.

The candidate MUST have experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a house builder.
