Class 2 Driver

Key Responsibilities: Safely operate a 7.5-tonne vehicle to deliver goods to our customers. Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely and professional manner. Provide exceptional customer service, representing the John Lewis & Partners brand. Handle goods with care, ensuring products are delivered in perfect condition. Assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles. Conduct vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and report any issues. Adhere to all driving regulations and company policies. Requirements: A valid UK driving license with Category C1 entitlement. Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification. Digital Tachograph card. Previous experience in a similar delivery role is preferred. Excellent customer service skills. Good geographical knowledge of the area. Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy items.
