Our client, a renowned name in the Scottish Property market are looking to add an experienced Sales Valuer to their Aberdeen office.Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in the Aberdeen or Scottish markets as you will play a crucial role in this office. Our client, has a fantastic presences across the Aberdeen market and is looking for you to have a proven track record working within a competitive market place.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee a diverse portfolio of residential propertiesWork closely with Sellers/Clients within a Competitive market.Be able to build rapport with SellersWork towards Sales targetsQualifications:Proven experience in the property industry, with a strong track record in a Senior role.Knowledge of the Aberdeen or Scottish property market.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.This is a fantastic opportunity with closely within a growing team and to work for one of the highest regarded names in Property.
