Structural Technician Leicester REF S0 40 Salary up to £45,000 Based in Leicester, my client is a successful UK based Multidisciplinary Engineering Consultancy which specialises in Civil and Structural Engineering. We're seeking a talented Structural Technician to join their busy team and have the opportunity to participate in projects ranging from education, commercial, retail, leisure and culture, heritage, residential and commercial developments, and student housing. To be considered for this Structural Technician role, it is essential for candidate to have the following: A minimum of 2 years' work experience in infrastructure engineering/flood prevention Qualifications of either Meng, BEng, HNC or HND in Civil Engineering Need to have working knowledge of building engineering and detailing of steel and concrete exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) Duties and responsibilities for this Structural Technician include: Ability to use AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit and CADS RC by creating engineering design plans Working closely with design teams and other professionals on construction plans Providing technical engineering advice Inspecting buildings to assess their structural integrity Salary and benefits: This Structural Technician position comes with a competitive based salary depending on experience and knowledge.
