Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for a Learning and Development Specialist at Chesamel Group. The specialist will be responsible for training and development, learning management, instructional design, communication, coaching, and facilitating transformative business outcomes. The role allows for flexibility with some remote work.

Qualifications Training & Development, Learning Management, and Instructional Design skills Strong communication and coaching abilities Experience in creating innovative learning solutions Ability to drive positive change through learning initiatives Excellent organizational and project management skills Proficiency in learning technology platforms Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field
