Job Requirements / Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Business Development Manager, focused on growing sales and margins within the healthcare and hospitality sectors across the UK. This role involves acquiring new clients and managing key existing accounts, while upselling a combination of furniture and soft furnishing solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Manage key accounts, driving growth and retention. * Develop strategies to convert leads into long-term clients. * Follow up on sales opportunities and nurture strong client relationships. * Secure new business within the public and private well-being sectors. * Maintain and update the CRM system with client details and meeting schedules. * Split your time between client visits, national meetings, working from home, and one day in the office. Salary & Benefits: * £35-40K per annum, plus commission based on sales performance. * Company car allowance, phone, and laptop provided. * 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown. * Monday - Friday, 07:30-16:30, with flexibility.
