Senior Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering - London

A well-established civil engineering, enabling and structures contractor in the London area carrying out complex civil engineering projects consisting of basements, structures, temporary works, deep drainage and enabling works.

Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: London

Salary / Package: Up to £90,000 (DOE) plus travel allowance, bonus scheme, healthcare, life assurance, pension.

• Procurement
• Measurement
• Variations
• Monthly CVR's
• Change Control
• Client Liaison
• Payments
• Final accounts
• Site Meetings

Requirements for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• A minimum of 7-10 years experience ideally with a specialist subcontractor / civils main contractor.
• Working knowledge of NEC/ JCT forms of contract.
• Previous experience in civil engineering (groundworks & civil engineering, sub & super structure, basements, enabling works, temporary works, underpinning).
• Self-motivated
• Team player
• Conversant with MS Office packages
• Degree qualified /undertaking HNC or BSc in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management would be advantageous.
