Software Engineer in Financial Integrity - Risk

We are working with a prominent hedge fund based in Mayfair to find a talented desk-based developer / software engineer to join a recently established Investment Strategists team. This is a unique opportunity for a driven professional to play a pivotal role in a high-performing firm, known for its innovative approach to investment strategies, risk management, and the use of technology. This requires the Software Engineer or Quantitative Research / Developer to continuously collaborate with Portfolio Managers (PMs) and Investment Analysts to develop and implement advanced financial models that enhance portfolio performance across the firm’s key strategies. You will be instrumental in designing tools, models, and reports that support data-driven investment decisions, aligned with the firm’s mission to consistently deliver optimal results for clients. Developing financial models using large data sets and statistical analysis. • Contributing fresh ideas that drive efficiency and improve the overall impact of the Strategists team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in asset management, investment management, or a hedge fund environment, especially within risk or financial modelling roles.
