Job Title - Technical Manager Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting a national property developer in their search for a technical manager with residential new build experience who can work across southern counties of UK. About the role of Technical Manager Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting a national property developer in their search for a technical manager. The role is for a technical manager, who can comfortably commute between south UK Counties to assist with the construction of residential new builds. This is a hybrid role and remote working is available. This will start as a temporary basis and may continue to a permanent contract. Responsibilities for Technical Manager Assist with ensuring all equipment requiring calibration is sent in a timely manner to maintain the site calibration matrix. Check trade across the projects. Support Head of Design To participate in the management and co-ordination of the external consultant team through all stages of project procurement (Land & Planning, Commercial, Production, Sales and Adoptions). Overseeing the production of working drawing and detail information and to ensure that it is complete, coherent, accurate and available on time to whoever needs it. Provide technical support during land buying, planning, sales, construction, and post construction. Requirements for Technical Manager Industry related qualification Industry related qualification Industry related qualification Industry related qualification. Ability to work under own initiative. Ability to work within tight deadlines and to programme accurately. Ability to manage external consultant team and ensure all deadlines are met. Proven experience within a similar field (Residential) Experience working for main contractors / national developers HNC/HND in a building related topic CSCS card or equivalent Current full UK driving licence What we offer for Technical Manager This assignment will be paid on a day rate start on an initial 6-month contract - potential permThis residential developer are a family run business with other 3000 employees and over 50 years of experience.
