The schools we work with all have specialised areas and you must be able to adapt to a changing environment.    We are looking for a passionate level 3 Teaching assistant with SEND experience, on a temporary or long-team basis. The successful applicant will be working with SEND pupils with various needs. The successful teaching assistant will be working with students across all age ranges, helping the teacher with everyday class room duties and working on a 1:1 basis with pupils. The successful teaching assistant will have: Relevant Teaching assistant qualification. (level 3) Excellent behavioural management skills. Experience working within a SEND environment.
