Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Electrical Supervisor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Electrical Supervisor, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Electrical Supervisor, will be responsible for: * Manage the delivery of all mechanical, electrical and associated maintenance services across the site. * You will manage a team of engineers plus sub-contractors ensuring that an effective and efficient service is delivered and maintained, service levels are in line with the contractual KPI's and overseeing supplier / labour costs to ensure financial targets are achieved. * Build a strong working relationship with internal and external customers to ensure that all services are delivered in a professional, timely and cost-effective manner. * Manage customer escalations and communicate effectively. * Promote QHSE best practice and consistency within the team. * Assist Engineers and planning team, providing support, advice and guidance to ensure best use of time and resource. * Route cause analysis of day to day issue for continuous improvement of processes and data. * Investigate and provide resolutions to issues that impact first time fix, double job handling and unnecessary sub-contracting. To be successful for this Electrical Supervisor role you must have: * Electrical Qualification City & Guilds Level 3 * Competence and experience working in a fast paced environment. * Experience of working in a technical Estates environment. * Must have experience within a supervisory and or Team Leader role. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills with customer focused thinking. * Ability to solve problems positively and be pragmatic Proven ability to work under pressure and be able to prioritise * You will have a “can do” attitude with an eye for detail and be able to transmit and encourage the right behaviours If you feel you have the necessary skills set and experience to perform this Electrical Supervisor role, and you are interested in an opportunity offering unparalleled career development, please apply now
