Recent works include hospital developments, school renovations, and residential buildings - ranging from £50,000 to £3 million! Your duties as a Chartered Building Surveyor will be to lead the building surveying team and support the learning of junior building surveyors. You will advise clients on all aspects of the project, from commencement to delivery. You will manage the project and conduct professional building surveying duties such as building inspections and assessments to identify defects. You will produce professional reports and devise improvement strategies. You need MRICS status, the Right to Work in the UK and a Full UK Driving Licence.
