About the role Our Corporate Tax teams across the UK specialise in advising large corporations, privately owned businesses, and Private Equity-backed businesses, along with their owners and management teams, on all aspects of tax in the UK and internationally. Ownership for a diverse and broad portfolio of client engagements Developing significant market relationships with both our interesting clients (including many well-known household names) and internal stakeholders, collaborating across the firm when developing client relationships or delivering complex projects. Maintaining an expert level of relevant tax knowledge (both UK and overseas), staying current with technical developments including changes in tax law and legislation. This role is for you if Must possess ACA and/or CTA qualification (or an international equivalent) Relevant and up-to-date UK (and some overseas) corporate and/or tax private business knowledge Varied experience of more complex tax issues facing privately or family-owned businesses, private equity portfolio companies and business owners.
