Medacs Healthcare has two exciting opportunities for Clinical Pharmacist's to join Chelsea and Westminister Hopsital. The first post would require you to be responsible for the clinical pharmacy service provided to a sub-speciality within the Emergency and Integrated Care Division. The secound post would require you to be responsible for the clinical pharmacy service provided to a sub-speciality within the Planned Care ( Surgery) Division.
