Are you on the lookout for a varied new role? Pearson Whiffin are recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our client on a full-time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience within a logistics environment.
Duties include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries.
- Ensure that all customer requirements are satisfied throughout the supply chain process.
- Processing and dispatching customer orders on time.
- Ensure customer orders are correct and delivered within agreed SLAs.
- Invoicing.
- Dealing with transport bookings.
- Stock management.
- Preparation of shipping documentation.
To be considered for this role, you must have/be:
- Experience within a similar customer service role.
- Computer literate and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Exceptionally organised with the ability to multitask.
- Able to work within a fast-paced environment.
