Digital Execution Lead (Hybrid)

Proclinical is working closely with a innovative pharmaceutical company who are seeking a Digital Execution Lead to join their team. This full-time role involves a hybrid working arrangement, with three days in the office in Basingstoke and two days from home. You will play a crucial role in executing our omnichannel strategy, ensuring our brand effectively reaches and resonates with our audience through various digital and physical channels. Responsibilities: Participate in omnichannel campaign planning and manage the development, approval, and launch of key digital assets (websites, emails, etc.). Collaborate with the OCE Strategist to develop and implement digital engagement strategies. Lead the creation, approval, and launch of digital assets. Adopt and roll out new technologies to enhance brand awareness. Manage SEO strategy in partnership with global cross-functional teams. Drive the adoption of modular content creation. Support the OCE Strategist in establishing KPIs to track the effectiveness of digital initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance and ROI. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
