Future Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for a General Foreman with a strong civils background and a keen eye for health and safety. We are seeking a skilled and proactive General Foreman to join a Tier 1 contractor on a freelance 6-month contract, with the potential for extension. If you have a track record of successful project management and a solid grasp of water treatment processes, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: * Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. * Implement and enforce health and safety policies to maintain a safe working environment. * Coordinate with subcontractors and manage site resources effectively. * Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications. * Address any site issues promptly and liaise with clients and stakeholders as required. Requirements: * Proven experience as a General Foreman within the civils sector. * Previous experience in water treatment projects is advantageous. * Valid site tickets including CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS and First Aid certification. * Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices. * Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
