SummaryBillups EMEA are looking for a well rounded Client Finance Manager to help the Senior Finance Manager with all aspects of the client finance function across the group. This role will be assisting multiple European entities including, the Netherlands, UK, Belgium, Serbia, UAE with a scope for further entities in the futureExperience working in a group is preferable and having prior knowledge of Oracle ERP systems is also advantageous. French or Dutch speaking is also a preference but not essentialThe Client Finance Manager should be confident in working independently and also be comfortable dealing with other employees across different departments. This role will provide exposure to every aspect of the business at a fast moving pace and the Client Finance Manager will need to be proactive and be able to adapt to requests that come inEssential DutiesReview campaign bookings to ensure correct paperwork for clients and vendors is on file.Campaign net margin tracking and campaign reconciliations once completed, reviewing with the media team.Assisting with client contract reviews.Client rebate tracking.Reviewing margins on proposed campaigns to ensure profitability.New business pipeline reviews with the business team.Ensuring billing dates are being managed and adhered to in a timely manner.Working with the commercial team to ensure commercial deals are being tracked correctly and produce weekly & monthly reports.Revenue accrual and deferral adjustments each month.Other Tasks and Responsibilities:Assisting with AR collections and preparing AR reports for review and commentary where required.Campaign commission reports produced for HR.Assisting with the client budget and re-forecasting business plans.Weekly/Monthly reporting requirements as needed.Liaising with external auditors as required.Liaising with the internal tech team to improve reporting functions..Knowledge Milestones:Maintain documentation for all balance sheet activity and correspondence in an organized mannerPrepare and assist in the preparation month end closing checklistAble to budget and forecastPerform ad hoc reporting and requests for internal stakeholders.Interpersonal SkillsExpress ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form.Exhibits good listening and comprehension.Writes clearly and informatively.Contributes to building a positive team spirit.QualificationsAbility to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing a direct threat to safety or health of employee or others. Ability to write simple correspondence using professional vocabulary and industry terminology. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
