Planning Paralegal - Leading UK Law Firm - London Taylor Root have partnered with a leading UK law firm in their search for an experienced Paralegal to join the firms Commercial Property team, with a focus on planning. This role will be based in the firms London office and is being offered on a permanent basis. The Firm A leading London based law firm, our client has a successful reputation for a unique combination market leading practice areas and well known client base, of whom, you will often find dominating their respective markets. The firm's practice areas are all ranked highly by the Legal 500 and Chambers, with Corporate, Finance and Funds being highlights. The Team This position will form part of the Commercial Property team. This team covers development & investment, corporate real estate, planning, environment, construction and residential. The firms clients range from private individuals and property companies to life insurance companies, large corporates and public bodies, based both in the UK and internationally. The Role The successful Paralegal will be required to carry out a broad range of work, with a focus on Planning, including: Providing assistance with planning, highways, and related matters, including negotiating and finalizing necessary statutory agreements. Conducting research tasks as required. Performing due diligence and preparing reports. Liaising with local authorities and reviewing their records to support the planning aspects of transactional work. Managing Land Registry requirements. The Ideal Candidate Our client is seeking a Paralegal who has previous Planning experience, in either a private practice firm or local authority. Candidates who have commercial property experience and some planning will also be considered. Strong academics are required. Why Apply?
