English Specialist

Prospero Teaching are looking for an English specialist to join a reputable secondary school in Wakefield. This position is full time and will end in October.

• Duration / Likely Duration - 2 months
• Contract Type: Long term supply
• Hours - 08:00 - 16:00

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate will preferably hold Qualified Teacher Status
• Previous experience working in a UK school.
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential).
• GCSE English and Maths grade 'C' or '4' & above.
• English related degree.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references
