Marketing Executive/Digital Marketing Executive Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Copywriting & Content Creation: Craft compelling and persuasive copy for a variety of platforms including website, blog posts, email campaigns, social media, and advertising. Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and effectively communicates our value proposition. Asset Production (Graphics & Video): Design and produce engaging visual content, including graphics and videos, using Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools). Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials that support our recruitment services. SEO Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and increase visibility of our services online. Perform regular audits and optimisations to ensure our content and website are aligned with the latest SEO best practices. CRM Management: Manage and optimise our CRM system, including creating and editing workflows, automations, and segmentations to improve client and candidate engagement. Ensure our CRM processes are efficient and effective in supporting our marketing and sales objectives. CMS Management (Preferably WordPress): Oversee the management of our website using WordPress, including content updates, landing page creation, and ensuring the site is optimised for performance and user experience. Monitor, track, and report on key marketing metrics, providing actionable insights to improve campaign performance. Regularly analyse data to inform future strategies and ensure that marketing efforts are driving desired results. Manage both paid and organic social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and generate leads. Proven experience in a similar Marketing Executive or Digital Marketing Executive role, preferably within the recruitment or a related industry. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience in executing SEO strategies. Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content across multiple platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or similar tools for graphic and video production. Experience managing CRM systems, with a strong understanding of creating and editing workflows and automations. Experience managing content on CMS platforms, with a preference for WordPress. Strong analytical skills and experience reporting on marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and a passion for marketing. Experience in the recruitment industry or a related field. Familiarity with marketing automation tools. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for website management.
