As a Project Manager, you will manage key interfaces across all ancillary works, coordinating internal and external stakeholders for specific project scopes. This includes working with end users, planning teams, and design leads to ensure smooth collaboration across various phases of the project. Your duties and responsibilities will be Facilitating coordination between different project packages by leading meetings and managing communication with Design Managers and Civil Works Alliance partners. Ensuring that design models and drawings are delivered to the appropriate teams and overseeing stakeholder coordination, including interactions with regulators. Supporting regulatory meetings and stakeholder presentations, ensuring technical input from design and construction teams. Managing the identification and tracking of strategic interface issues, risks, and opportunities, in collaboration with Risk Managers and Project Managers. Overseeing procurement activities by coordinating design and construction teams to align on procurement strategies. Maintaining accurate stakeholder matrices, capturing user requirements, and ensuring timely information sharing for project gateways.You will have the following skills and experience  Proven project management or engineering experience, from concept through to project handover. Strong background in mechanical, electrical, process, systems, or civil engineering, particularly within large industrial plants. In-depth understanding of complex projects, including interface management across different project scopes. Experience managing procurement processes for design, manufacturing, or installation contracts in industrial sectors. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage client and contractor relationships effectively. Knowledge of engineering design, contract management, and field execution strategies for multi-discipline EPCM projects. Proficiency in cost control, risk management, schedule management, and earned value tools. Experience closing out commercial claims and navigating associated negotiations.The setting for the role Office based role though there may be site requirements here Risks and Hazards are in line with working on a nuclear licenced site. These can include, nuclear fuel, radiation, chemicals and gasses, high voltage equipment, moving vehicles, flammable materials, high pressure circuits, steam, high noise and vibration levels.
