A beautiful Gastropub located just near Whitney is looking for an experienced Sous Chef or Head Chef to run the establishment in what is like one of the most renowned companies in Oxford: Gorgeous countryside British Inn with 18 rooms Casual -refined British cuisine with BBQ and Events Full creative input Up to 10-20 covers per service Fantastic project & small team of 2 people Salary up to £50k including bonuses Based near Whitney and close to Wycombe Way, we are looking for a strong Sous Chef or Head Chef that will be part of this successful Gastropub/British Inn - understanding of fresh produce, suppliers, costing, and a background in a good reputable casual fine dining establishment is essential.
