Project Manager - Construction We are working with a National Construction company who are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead one of their prestigious projects in the Manchester area. The position will be to oversee a multi million £ regeneration and high rise residential project. Roles, Skills and Qualifications -Leading the Project, overseeing site management team -Working with the key stakeholders to ensure the project is progressing -Developing project programmes -Client facing, working alongside local authorities -Organising and Managing sub contractors -Working alongside commercial and design teams -Chairing project meetings -Providing weekly/monthly reports -SMSTS -First aid -HNC/HND in Construction -CSCS Managers card - NVQ level 6 + -Previous experience of leading multi million £ construction project -Driving Licence -Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills -Any other industry related qualifications would be an advantage If you are looking for a new challenge please apply to Jack Birks at Setsquare.
