Teaching Personnel are supporting a client school in finding the ideal candidate to support their pupils, particularly focusing on EYFS and KS1 (Reception, Year 1, and Year 2). Are you searching for your next perfect role?
About the Role
The start date for this position is yet to be confirmed but is expected to be announced soon. This small, well-regarded school in the York community boasts good attainment levels and positive behaviour throughout the classes. The role will largely involve working with children with SEN (Special Educational Needs) diagnoses, supporting their emotional wellbeing, and helping them reach their full potential within classroom expectations.
Knowledge of phonics would be highly desirable for this position.

Hours: Full-time, with a minimum of 8:30 am – 3:30 pm during term time only. Additional hours may be required for staff meetings, inspections, and parent consultations.
Part-time or job share arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
