You will be working within a critically acclaimed, high volume premium dining pub in Islington. As the General Manager you will be given the opportunity to run and operate the business as your own. The Person The successful General Manager will have the following: Experience in premium, high volume dining Solid P&L knowledge and proven track record of managing budgets, compliance and health and safety.
