Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated, sales-focused Client Growth Partner who thrives in a results-driven environment. The ideal candidate will excel at driving aggressive revenue growth and expanding our footprint within new and existing accounts. As a Sales-Driven Client Partner, your primary responsibility is to maximize sales potential, exceed ambitious targets, and rapidly scale revenue. You will be the driving force behind business development, cultivating strong client relationships, and identifying every possible opportunity to grow our market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Revenue Growth: Drive aggressive revenue growth targets across assigned accounts and new prospects and partner with business leaders to deliver on those targets.
  2. Leverage deep industry knowledge to close high-value deals and consistently outperform quarterly and annual sales targets.
  3. Actively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, ensuring a robust sales pipeline to fuel ongoing growth.
  4. Sales Strategy & Execution: Execute a proactive sales strategy that prioritizes high-revenue opportunities and accelerates deal closures.
  5. Continuously hunt for new business by leveraging your network, market knowledge, and insights into client challenges to present compelling solutions.
  6. Work relentlessly to expand our footprint within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  7. Target-Driven Performance: Operate with a laser focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets, taking ownership of your book of business and pushing boundaries to exceed expectations.
  8. Build and manage a robust, qualified pipeline of new business prospects, ensuring consistent deal flow and fast-paced progression from lead generation to closing.
  9. Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead high-stakes contract negotiations to maximize deal size, ensuring both the company and the client derive maximum value.
  10. Demonstrate exceptional closing skills, moving deals forward quickly while securing long-term commitments and favorable terms.
  11. Drive account growth and client expansion by developing relationships with key decision-makers at all levels, including C-suite.
  12. Actively pursue strategic, high-value accounts, using consultative selling techniques to position our solutions as indispensable to the client's success.
  13. Mine existing accounts for every opportunity to sell new services or solutions, growing account value consistently.
  14. Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging market needs to strategically position our offerings for future sales opportunities.
  15. Capture client's feedback, ensuring we anticipate needs and position ourselves as their first choice for digital transformation or related services.
  16. Collaborate closely with business leaders & delivery teams to align on strategies that enable faster deal closures and more value-driven proposals.
  17. Act as a sales leader within the assigned accounts, helping drive sales initiatives, fostering a competitive spirit, and mentoring others on sales tactics.

Required Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Exceptional closing skills, with a deep understanding of complex sales cycles and experience negotiating large, high-value contracts.
  3. Proven Revenue Growth: Demonstrated success in driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth through both new client acquisition and existing account expansion.
  4. Strategic Business Development: Expertise in prospecting, qualifying, and closing high-value sales opportunities across multiple industries, ideally within insert relevant industry .
  5. Hunter Mentality: Relentless drive to sell and grow accounts, with the ability to pursue and secure opportunities aggressively, even in competitive markets.
  6. Executive-Level Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop deep client relationships at all levels, especially the C-suite.
  7. Ability to craft persuasive pitches and proposals that align with client needs and differentiate us from competitors.
  8. Committed to be at the client's office twice a week, building relationships and hunting new opportunities.
