Customer & Democratic Support Team Adviser (Apprentice) Aldern House, Baslow Rd, Bakewell DE45 1AE, UK £22,737 to £23,500 per year There is an opportunity to join our Customer and Democratic Support Team as an Adviser at the Peak District National Park Authority. The post is offered as an apprenticeship with the prospect of achieving a Level 3 apprenticeship in Business Administration. The course is provided by, and will require part time attendance at, Buxton and Leek College. This is a career graded role starting on pay grade Scale B during the 18 month apprenticeship. On successful completion of the apprenticeship, the postholder will transfer into a permanent Customer and Democratic Adviser role on Scale C. Day to day, the post includes business support work for all operational teams across the Authority, using business systems and ensuring that data is up to date and held in accordance with relevant legislation. The postholder will also provide a first point of contact for customers across various channels, such as telephone, email and face to face, and will process customer payments. The postholder will also support the Authoritys democratic services function. The role is based at Aldern House, Bakewell. About You To be successful in this role, you will need the ability to adapt and be able to cope with various changing demands whilst still maintaining excellent customer service.
